Vashisht Hot Springs and Temples.

Vashisht is a small village located on the left bank of River Beas and renowned for its hot springs and temples. Nearby is the pyramidal stone temple dedicated to Vashisht Rishi. There is another temple of Lord Rama here. Natural hot springs with two separate bathing tanks for gents and ladies are always full of tourists. 

Hadimba Temple

Manali has many attractions but the chief center of interest, historically and archeologically, is undoubtedly is the Hadimba Temple. Hadimba Temple was built in 1553 AD and dedicated to Goddess Hadimba. This temple is located amidst thick wood of deodars is about 2.5 km from the Mall Road Manali.

Club House

Club House is 2km from the Mall Road Manali and run by HPTDC. The Club House is famous for its indoor games and some adventure activities. Club House is located on the left bank of the Manalsu River. 

Tibetan Monastery

Tibetan Monastery is located near Mall Road Manali. These are 3 Monasteries which shows the Buddhist culture of the city.

Taxi (Alto) for Solang Valley and Nehru Kund @1000/- 

Solang Valley is around 15 km away from Manali. Solang Valley is also known as “Adventure Hub” of Manali. When Rohtang Pass is closed in winters, that time Solang Valley is the main attraction of tourists. Solang Valley ha fine ski slopes. The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports Manali (ABVIMAS) has also installed a ski lift for training purposes. During summer and winter, various adventure courses are operated from this Institute. Paragliding and Ropeway are the most preferred adventure activities in Solang Valley.

Nehru Kund is around 6 km away from Manali. Nehru Kund is a natural spring which is named after the first Prime Minister of India Late Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru loved visiting this place and drinking the crystal clear water from the spring. The source of this spring is Bhrigu Lake which is at 4300 m (14100 ft).

Kullu Valley is spread on both sides of River Beas. Kullu Valley is dotted with nature’s bounty. Its snow-capped mountains, sweet-scented fruit orchards, musical pine deodar forests, lush green meadows, rolling brooks, beautiful village belle are treated to eyes. The valley is 80km long and about 2 km at its broadest and a fairly wide area is open to the tourists. The trekkers, the mountaineers, the artists and anyone who wishes to escape the heat and dust of the plains and to breathe the exhilarating air of the Himalayas can take shelter here. The valley is also famous for the exquisitely woven colorful hand made shawls and Kullu caps.

Naggar Castle is a beautiful historic village situated on a wooded slope and commands an extensive view. It was the Capital of erstwhile Kullu state about 1400 years. There are a large number of famous temples notably Lord Vishnu, Tripura Sundri and Lord Krishana.

Roerich Art Gallery in Naggar is a world-famous gallery the Roerich Museum, which houses a collection of the paintings of the Russian Artist Nicholas Roerich.
